Greg McGrath has been a reputable local builder for the past 35 years with his business G. McGrath Building & Renovations. He has recently teamed up with Michael Buda and Ben Cooley of Cedarwood Building Pty Ltd, another reputable local builder of 13 years experience to make up McGrath Builders. They both saw an opportunity to combine the two largest builders in the Macarthur area to make something bigger and better. Together they have completed more than 1200 projects of all sizes from million dollar commercial works, new homes to residential extensions. Our office staff has over 100 years combined building experience.
Our aim is to provide the best local service for the best possible price. With our two divisions McGrath Builders - dealing with extensions, renovations and Commercial works, and Cedarwood Homes - our recently formed new homes division we have all building aspects covered.
We have a full team of all trades including Carpenters, Electricans, Plumbers, Plasterers, Plant operators, bricklayers etc. all local workman for your convenience. We will work hard to make sure that our clients are always happy and satisfied.
We take care of the whole building process including Council Submission and approvals, to building the project before leaving the site clean and tidy on completion with our own full time cleanup crew.
